Lemony Lentils

Amount per serving: 335 calories & 24 g protein

3 Tbsp. olive oil 

1 medium onion, sliced

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 lb. dried orange lentils

1 1/2 tsp. chopped ginger

1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 

2 1/2 cups chicken broth

2 cups water
